Website use
The KoozWorks website currently provides company and product information. Final website terms will be reviewed and published as public distribution and customer transactions are introduced.
Software licensing
Due Diligence Dashboard licensing terms, Basic and Pro rights, trial rules, account or device limits, updates and related conditions are not yet finalized. They will be stated clearly before public installation is offered.
Subscriptions and billing
Subscription, renewal, cancellation and refund terms will be added when pricing and Paddle billing are implemented. This website currently contains no active checkout.
Professional-use disclaimer
Final product terms are expected to clarify that KoozWorks software assists with organization and analysis and does not replace appropriate legal, tax, accounting, inspection or investment advice.
